Please email me a digital version of your loved one's photo (the higher the resolution the better - low resolution images will lose detail during the digital painting process). Include with the photo, a brief description of the person so I can begin to understand who they were in life. Please also include which options you would like in the finished product..
Because each piece is custom, unique to your order, all orders must be paid for in full, in advance.
If you would like a custom background, please include the background image you would like to have used with your initial submission. If you would like a new background, but do not have a digital image, please describe the background you would like to have used. I can create nearly any background, and, once your loved one's image has been clipped from the original photograph, can combine the two images into a unique work of art.

3. PROOFING
4. APPROVAL
Once I've created an image based on your request, I will email you a proof image. This will NOT be the final painted image, but will give you a good idea what that image will look like once complete. You can expect a proof within 24 hours of submitting your request.
After reviewing the proof image, please reply to the email with an approval (OK) or a request for changes (CX). I will then either produce the painted image as it appears in the proof, or I will make the requested changes and then proceed with the digital painting process. Because the Memorial Art Line is often time sensitive, there will NOT be a second proof.

5. PHOTO-TO-PAINTING DIGITAL CONVERSION
The digital painting process I use converts digital images and collages into a work of art that captures the depth and beauty of an oil painting by using state-of-the-art artificial intelligence to simulate individual brush strokes. When viewing a piece that utilizes the process I've developed, you would be hard pressed to tell the difference between a digitally produced painting and one painted using traditional means. The digitally painted image is then sent to print where it is produced using UV resistant solvent inks developed for the sign industry on your choice of either Artist Canvas or High Quality Photo Paper.

6. OPTIONS - SELECT THE FINAL PRODUCT

Oil Painting
Seurat Painting
Watercolor Painting
Colored Pencil
B/W Pencil Sketch
This option will give you a traditional Oil Painting look. Great detail and brush stroke texture make Artist Canvas the best medium on which to produce this style.
Georges-Pierre Seurat was a 19th century painter who is credited with inventing the style known as Pointillism. Using dots to create the image rather than strokes, the Seurat option allows for a more modern look best produced on Artist Canvas.
The Watercolor option allows for a softer image with less defined details. This style works well on both Artist Canvas and Photo Paper.
For a less formal look, consider a Colored Pencil Sketch. Great for detail with bright colors, this options is best produced on Photo Paper.
The Black and White Pencil Sketch option works great in a memorial setting. Also great for image detail, this option is best produced on Photo Paper.

Photo Paper
Artist Canvas
The Photo Paper I use is a high quality gloss finished paper. Ideal for Watercolor and Sketch options, Photo Paper is also the least expensive of the two material options available.
Artist Canvas is an ideal option to reinforce the painted effect. While more expensive than Photo Painting, Artist Canvas gives a higher quality finished look.
