Simply compile individual photos of your family members (nice photos that at least clearly show the head and torso), and email them along with your order using the forms and store on this site. Your photos are then used to create a collage of the entire family that, after proofing and receiving your approval, are converted using my Photo-to-Painting Process into a digital oil painting.
