Please allow me to introduce Bubba. I started this painting with a photo of my son's dog Bubba that I took in my kitchen. I didn't use a fancy camera - could have used my cell phone - but that's one of the great things about this photo-to-painting process. I picked a background Bubba would enjoy - a country road. Then I plopped his curly tail on the road, gave him some ducks to chase, and then...

Painted Pet Portraits -

Because they're family too!

I use your photos, even low resolution digital pics, to create a Painted Pet Portrait of Your Pet
Choose the setting you want your Painted Pet Portrait to be set in.
I discard the background of the image you've submitted and place your pet in the Painted Pet Portrait. Shadows complete the effect.
Bubba likes to chase ducks, so I added them to the background of this Painted Pet Portrait

...the composite image is then digitally painted resulting in a painted pet portrait that is an original work of art identical to your pet.

A couple of advantages to this process are 1) since I work from actual photos of your actual pet, the final product actually looks like your pet, and 2) you get to see the finished piece and make changes if you want before it prints and ships.

When thinking about Family Portrait Paintings, don't forget the Family Pet!

The composite image is then painted and turned into your Painted Pet Portrait. Prints are available on Artist Canvas or Photo Paper
